I'm wanting to learn from other institutions; has anyone made a Project Initiation Document (PID) for a lecture capture pilot they have run ?
At London College of Fashion, part of University of the Arts London (UAL) we are just about to pilot Opencast Matterhorn, and I'd like to give it that Prince2 PID edge! I'm just curious if anyone has attempted this before?

We're planning a little 'Moodle Makeover' session at our forthcoming Greenwich teaching and learning conference (see link below if you're interested in submitting - deadling 2nd April). Obviously external Moodle sites are hard to reach!
