Lecture capture pilots - as a PID

hi,

I'm wanting to learn from other institutions; has anyone made a Project Initiation Document (PID) for a lecture capture pilot they have run ?

At London College of Fashion, part of University of the Arts London (UAL) we are just about to pilot Opencast Matterhorn, and I'd like to give it that Prince2 PID edge! I'm just curious if anyone has attempted this before?

Camera tracking for lecture capture: JISC Elevator proposal

 

Camera tracking of lecturers is something frequently requested but is expensive to introduce; this project would provide a low-cost solution and I think is a great idea.  I would encourage you to vote as projects will only be funded if they receive enough votes.…

Good-looking Moodles wanted to inspire ugly ducklings

We're planning a little 'Moodle Makeover' session at our forthcoming Greenwich teaching and learning conference (see link below if you're interested in submitting - deadling 2nd April).  Obviously external Moodle sites are hard to reach!  If you have any nicely designed examples we would be very grateful; we only need a couple of screenshots - the idea is to get people thinking about how to make their courses look more professional, engaging etc. and lead them into thinking about the…
